Doves Farm gluten free plain white flour makes it easy to start baking gluten free. The flour is a blend of rice, potato, tapioca, maize and buckwheat flours.
The gluten free white flour includes a recipe for pancakes on the packet. When using it in your regular recipes, the gluten free blend requires a little extra liquid.
This gluten free flour blend was created by Clare Marriage, founder of Doves Farm. It all started in 1978 when her mother was advised to follow a gluten free diet. In the late 70s this wasn’t so easy, so Clare made it her mission to make gluten free baking accessible for all. Her range of gluten free flours was developed to give results indistinguishable from breads and cakes made with wheat flour.
